When to call for emergency repair
Call right away if your door slammed shut and will not reopen, your car is trapped inside, a spring broke with a loud bang, the door is hanging crooked or off its track, or the door will not close and your home is left unsecured. These are not problems to wait on, both for security and because forcing a damaged door makes the repair bigger.
We keep the most common springs, cables, rollers and opener parts on the truck, so most emergencies are solved in a single visit. To be clear about our hours, we are open and answering 7 days a week from 7 AM to 8 PM, including weekends, rather than overnight, and we reach most same day calls quickly from our Damascus base.
What emergency repair costs
There is no extra emergency surcharge for same day service during our normal hours. You pay for the actual repair, quoted before any work. As a Portland metro guide, a broken spring runs from 150 to 350 dollars and cable repair is usually less. Call for a fast quote.
